Computational artist Peter Crnorkrak shares What Need Angel.
Crnorkrak describes What Need Angel as “a synesthetic transcription of the brainwave response of a five year old boy while listening to music.”
Using an electroencephalograph (EEG) headset, he first recorded the boy’s responses to music in a darkened room and then his responses to a music-less visual stimuli, mapping the corresponding neural responses in a video.
